Mr. Poncho is a in home buisness that is a ipod or MP3 cover in which the ipod slips into the cover and the head phones can wrap around the a mental pireace on the pouch and the rubber piece flips over to keep them inplace and  un-tangled.                                   The Shark-tank didnt take there offer and it does make sence. Even though it is a good product, there are many different companys that design many covers of different designs that are more high tech and easier to use then the Mr. Poncho.
