Ray Kroc- McDonalds
At the age of 52, Ray Kroc invested his entire life savings into becoming a exclusive distributor of a milk shake maker called the Multimixer. Hearing that a burger Stand, McDonalds, in California was running eight Multimixers, In 1954, Roy took a trip to California. He couldn’t believe how fast the service was and the happiness of the customers. He pitched the idea to open up several McDonalds to the brothers, convinced he could sell 8 multimixers to each restaurant In 1965, McDonalds went public with the companies first offering on the stock exchange. The First McDonalds out of USA was in Richmond, British Columbia, in 1967. Only a year later, The Big Mac Sandwich was introduced, soon followed by the Egg McMuffin Breakfast sandwich. Facebook Privacy Changes
Facebook, with over 350 million members, has developed the option in which you can choose by what ever you post on facebook , who can see it. For example, I wrote something really personal and didnt want people i dont know readind it, i would switch the privacy level from everyone to just friends. I believe this is the most appropriate thing to put on their site because of the amount of people and how personal your facebook can be. Being a member of facebook for over 3 years now, many people who i have never meet or even live in a completely different country try to add you, weather it be just to talk or some perv/ Murder trying to pick up girls through the interent. It surprises me that only 15% to 20% of the site’s 350 million peole on have used the privacy option.http://blogs.wsj.com/digits/2009/12/09/facebook-outlines-privacy-changes/

Mark Cuban
Mark Cuban's Blog is mixed with many different topics. Some are globall problems like " How to Jumpstart the ecomony and creat millions of jobs" and go to talking about google to What the age limit would be for Basketball teams. He has many strong thoughts about what he see's and believes, and demenstrates hes thoughts through his blog. I believe he bloggs for the freedom of speach, and to also get some feedback from his Blogg followers. "Im curious what readers think."
The one blogg that really stood out to me was the one called " How to jumpstart the economy- tax free small buisness", mostly because he explains how and what to do with a buisness and what tips will help you to start a buisness, wheather it be done by a millionair or someone just starting out. "In the Internet world, all you have to do is setup an account with an ad network, put it on your website, generate some traffic and they send you a check. . No licenses, no tax id, no announcements in the newspaper. It took me minutes. Its exactly what millions of people do as well and its created an entire Internet economy that lives off of Google, Yahoo, MIcroSoft, AOL, Ebay and others. Its the entrepreneurs path of least resistance, which is exactly why most take this route"

Souls Calling
Souls calling is a very interesting, unique company. Making items that a said to be helpfull to your soul and well being with differnt products with different meanings. I personally think that their product will sell more for the design then the actull meaning because its not proved to help or make many differences in your personal well being, unless you are 100% with what they say there products do, like rocks with the word love or confidence to try and help you subconsously.

Paul Watts of Graffiti Removal Services
I think graffiti removal sevice will be well used in the large cities where there is constant vandilizom on buildings, bridges and some important monuments that can turn down the value or respect of the buildings. Many people would pay tons of money to get graffity removed from there buildings. I think this is a good company and will do well.

The Pee Pee Pole
I presonally think this is a stupid product because think of all the bacteria and whatever else may grow in in. This isnt a product that i would be interested in, but maby for the male golfer, it can be easy and sufficaiant.
Mr. Poncho
Mr. Poncho is a in home buisness that is a ipod or MP3 cover in which the ipod slips into the cover and the head phones can wrap around the a mental pireace on the pouch and the rubber piece flips over to keep them inplace and un-tangled. The Shark-tank didnt take there offer and it does make sence. Even though it is a good product, there are many different companys that design many covers of different designs that are more high tech and easier to use then the Mr. Poncho.Mr. Bobbles'
Mr. Bobbles' Blankets is a small business based in Maryland, DC. There products are used in several daycare facilities across the United States, as well as the in-room cribs at a Hyatt Regency hotel in the Washington DC area. The company is owned and run by Renee Sirulnik - an entrepreneurial mom who has always loved sewing and creating things. Renee was surrounded by sewing her whole life - one grandma was a seamstress who worked in a garment factory in PA, while the other grandma was always crafting and working on a new creative project. Renee's mom is an avid watercolor artist as well as seamstress and generally creative person - the type of mom who made everything from bedroom curtains to fancy costumes. She also designed and made Renee's wedding dress. Renee's dad is creative in a different way - teaching her how to think "outside of the box" and come up with new ways to solve problems - to "invent" things using everyday objects.

Creativity In Schools
Ken Robinson has been speaking widely for the need of change in the school, and the lack of creativity with in the education in schools. he mentions that " Why do they have to teach math, and not dance? Kids dance all the time..". Robinson looks more deeply into what creativity is, and how schools might better it. Creativity, he says, is the making of “original ideas that have value.” It should not be the special domain of a particular echelon of teachers; instead we should find ways to catalyze creativity broadly, systematically. Currently, we do the opposite. Developing new curriculum resources on creativity will help people have creativitly with some kind of value. Rather, because the “heart of education…is pedagogy,” improving teaching is the way to improve schools. As organizations of humans, we have to pay attention to how they are managed to nurture creativity and imagination sustainable sustainably. “The organization is the people. Their relationships, their motivations, their energy, their values, their aspirations or lack of them. It’s a living breathing thing.”
